We offer (PPO/POS/Indemnity) plans through some very select insurance companies. Dental/Vision plans we offer on a self-funded basis. RX plans in conjunction with one of the health plans mentioned above on a self funded basis. Medicare supplements with (100%) coverage for your senior (65) and over employees. All of the above are Specially designed for each employer using the expertise of our trained staff. The two main objectives that we strive for in designing a plan is Affordable and Quality Benefits for the Employee and PRICE for the Employer.

(A new feature will be added to our self-funded portfolio and that is to offer benefits not normally covered by the insurance carriers to any level or number of employees, IE health clubs, flu shots, dietary programs, higher orthodontia or dental benefit levels or any program an employer wishes to offer.)

In addition to the products mentioned, EPC also offers Life Insurance, both individual and group, short and long term disability, 401 Pension plans, 125 FSA and the state mandated short term disability.

Services

Dental Benefits: One of our most successful plans is our fully self-insured dental plan. The risk is very small because the benefits are capped. Logic tells us that every product marketed by the insurance company was designed to make a profit, generally (50%). If you follow that logic and conclude, of the premium being charged claims make up the other (50%). Why not simply pay the dental claims for the employees and keep the other (50%) premium in the business. We will design a dental benefit at whatever annual benefit you choose IE $1,000/$2,500 or higher. The plan can be designed with higher benefits for the various levels of employees, management, and executives in a company.

RX Benefit: We can issue 1 to 5,000 RX cards on a self insured basis, for either your seniors (65) and over or for your regular employees. The RX plan can be designed with or without a deductible, with Brand or Generic or both and the employer can name the co-pays at any amount from $0 to $50 or higher. The card is issued through a nationally known company with locations throughout every state in the nation.

Vision: This is one of the better benefits a company can offer to their employees and if used in conjunction with our self funded RX plan, employers and employees will receive a considerable discount on all eyewear. Simply establish an amount for an annual benefit to be reimbursed to the employee for an eye exam, glasses or contact lenses. The benefit can range from $50 to $500, or higher. Next establish a benefit period, IE annually, every two/three years. There are no monthly premiums for this tax deductible benefit and the administration is simple. The employee sends in a paid receipt for eye glasses or contact lenses and is reimbursed. As an example of how much premium can be saved, if you buy a vision plan from a carrier like the plan described above they will CHARGE A PREMIUM for all employees and dependents. Their profit will be realized from the employees who do not wear glasses and the employees who do not use the benefit in this year. With all self funded benefits there is never a premium increase, the benefit is tax deductible and it will be the most cost effective way of attracting and keeping quality employees.

Medicare Supplement Benefit: Another beneficial idea for any employer is to have all of the senior (65) and over employees covered under Medicare and a Supplement which not only lowers the current group premium, but also will provide a 100% BENEFIT and the FREEDOM to use any doctor or hospital in the country . This coverage when accompanied with an RX card will provide the most superior benefit package both in cost and quality of benefits of any employee in the country. Put simply: "THE SENIOR EMPLOYEE WILL HAVE A BENEFIT PLAN SURPASSED BY NONE!"
