All health, dental, vision, claims are sent to EPC by the providers. The health claims are then forwarded to the carrier for pricing and processing and then returned to EPC for the final assessment. The dental, and vision claims are processed in house. Tracking the claims sent to the carrier is the most important feature of the job description for the examiners at EPC. Assisting the employees in this endeavor is the most rewarding part of the job of our claims examiners.....
