All of the services we provide are billed on a monthly basis. When a health, dental or vision quote is requested, we will also provide a list of our monthly service fees. In addition to a monthly service fee, we also have a set-up fee which covers the cost of employee information kits and an initial enrollment meeting(s). Escrow accounts will also be billed monthly, unless necessity dictates otherwise.

The administration of the Cobra law, Section 125 (FSA), Dental and Vision plans are services that we administer independently from any other health benefits.
