EPC ASSOCIATES was formed in 1983 by our founder Edward Patrick Clifford; hence EPC. In spite of his death on Febuary 1, 2003, Ed is still the driving force at EPC. He is still our inspiration, our leader. He was a visionary. All of the staff at EPC are committed to following Ed's lead; to make EPC be all he always wanted it to be ............ a company determined to bring the best health care ........ the best customer service ........ to the most clients ........ at the most reasonable price.

Since Ed's death, we have a new President - Joan Clifford; CEO - Lourdes Gisbert; CFO - Dotti Kaval, and VP Account Services - Denise Tremblay. Joan, Lou, Dotti, and Denise spent many hours planning and discussing EPC's future with Ed. They will continue in his footsteps and take EPC into the future in the directions planned for with Ed in those many meetings.

Ed and our programmer, Roland Fischer, developed a new claims tracking system that has greatly improved the speed and accuracy of our main function, which is filing health claims to the insurance carriers for the employees of our clientele. It is our belief that this program is the first of its kind for the industry. The system will be continually updated and improved upon by Roland.
