EPC Associates is HIPAA compliant. The EPC staff respects your privacy and will protect your medical and personal information. All EPC officers and employees have signed a privacy agreement (a Business Associate Contract) to insure your privacy. We will not tolerate a breech of that privacy. All employees are trained in HIPAA Compliancy and receive a manual that details their responsibilities in this area.

Our Compliance Officer, Joan Clifford is in charge of continuing employee training and the employee manual that will be updated as is necessary. Please see our HIPAA NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES REGARDING PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION for specific and detailed information. This too will be revised as necessary. Clientele will be notified of any significant changes.

Any and all business associates and/or consultants of EPC Associates are required to sign Business Associate Contracts with us to insure your privacy. All computer/electronic equipment has safeguards and firewalls to ensure that only those persons that are authorized have access to your private information.
